Find a real user that is not a stakeholder or investor and ask them if they would use the product as you can ship at first
Really listen to your users
Design new user interfaces on paper then in a design tool
Make interface design decisions early:
Explore possibilities “in design” before you explore with code (on paper or in a tool like Sketch or Figma)
It’s more expensive to solve a problem after it’s coded
When your product is likely to fail, it’s alright to not find the perfect architecture
Don’t worry about making your buttons look pretty, just make them big and make them look clickable
